Fun Fact: At Pete's-A-Pie you can experience authentic northeast style pizza with ingredients made in-house every day! Another great vendor at Junction Food and Drink in Denver serves up some delicious pizza with some fun toppings. * Sicilian Style~with pepperoni and sausage, I couldn't believe how light and airy the crust was! Avalanche~pesto, chicken, wild mushrooms, caramelized onion, and ricotta; rich and indulgent! Red Rocks~pepperoni, sausage, roasted garlic, caramelized onions, jalapeño peppers; a spicy treat! House Salad~mixed greens, walnuts, blue cheese crumbles, and balsamic vinaigrette; I could have made a meal of this if I didn't have pizza on the way! I really liked the crust on the round pizzas, too. Not super thin, but still crisp. And the edges offered a great chew!

The pizzas were delicious, definitely high quality. I really appreciated this. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and caramelized onions. My co worker ordered a pie with sausage and caramelized onions. The crust, cheese, sauce, and toppings were all delicious, we loved the 2 pizzas! I am reserved on a 5 star review due to pricing. The pricing is a bit aggressive, especially with the cost of adding simple toppings plus the base price.

First visit to Junction Food and Drink. This is a food hall concept ... several 'restaurants' in one hallway. While, to me, it isn't restaurant quality I think the intent is to make the food better than fast food. My wife had the garden salad with chicken. It was a decent if unspectacular salad. Not sure when the chicken was cooked as it was cubed and cool when tossed in (I observed the salad being prepped by the handful). Walnuts were a + touch and the balsamic vinegarette (sp) was really tasty.

I had an absolutely fantastic pie here. Called the Red Rocks, it has pepperoni, sausage, roasted garlic, caramelized onions, and jalapeños. The roasted garlic was something special and the jalapeños were sauted, giving a mild kick that didn't overpower the other flavors. The crust was another shining element - just enough chew but with incredible crunch! The owner, Joel, is also a super friendly guy and really seems to care about his customers. 100% would recommend!

Pete's-A-Pie was a solid lunch find when I came to Junction to grab a charcuterie board from Miner's. I saw they had pizza by the slice so that is just what I did since I was only slightly hungry. I was a bit bummed when I had chosen which pizza I wanted to try but was told pizza by the slice only came in cheese or pepperoni. So I went for the pepperoni. Solid pizza. The crust was almost too thin though. But the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni still hit the spot.
